The Health Department at Orange County Head Start is committed to partnering with families to ensure children are healthy and up-to-date on all preventative healthcare needs, including their regular check-ups, immunizations, dental exams, and any other specialty care needed.
The Health Department also offers free hearing and vision screenings for children. It is our goal to ensure every child’s vision and hearing are evaluated as these are key components for school readiness. We encourage all parents to become advocates for their child’s health and continue healthy habits beyond their Head Start years.
